1. What FutureSelf AI Is

FutureSelf AI is an AI-powered life simulation platform. You upload a selfie and provide lifestyle inputs; our AI generates best-case, worst-case, and most-likely future scenarios with images, short videos, and personalised roadmaps.

All outputs are AI-generated simulations for motivational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make life-altering decisions based solely on simulation results.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use FutureSelf AI.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at team@futureself-ai.madethis.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

When using FutureSelf AI, you agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Use AI-generated results to harass, deceive, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• FutureSelf AI offers three plans: Free, Pro ($9/month), and Premium ($19/month).
• Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• The Free tier has limited features compared to paid plans. Feature availability may change with notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Outputs produced by FutureSelf AI — including images, videos, and roadmaps — are AI-generated simulations. They are speculative by nature and may not accurately reflect real-world outcomes. FutureSelf AI is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from reliance on simulated results.

6. Intellectual Property

• FutureSelf AI owns all rights in the platform, AI models, and generated outputs.
• You retain full ownership of the photos you upload.
• By uploading photos, you grant FutureSelf AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your simulation results.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FutureSelf AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated predictions or simulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureSelf AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or otherwise misuse the platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before terminating access.
